Most international attendees will need a visa to enter Gabon for ATBC2027. We encourage participants to begin reviewing entry requirements early and to consult the Gabonese embassy or consulate in their country of residence.

Invitation letter

Presenters with an accepted contribution can request an official ATBC2027 invitation letter for visa purposes. The details you give must match your passport exactly, since the letter is prepared from them.

The request form and the procedure for invitation letters will be announced as preparations advance.

Vaccinations & travel health

We encourage meeting attendees to review current health and entry requirements for Gabon before traveling. The CDC's Gabon Traveler Information currently identifies yellow fever vaccination as an entry requirement and provides guidance on malaria and other travel health considerations.
